Kim Burris | Care Pastor
Toby and Kim moved to Pennsylvania in 2000 and have lived in Lebanon since 2009. They have a testimony of seeing the healing, health, and life breathed into their marriage and family. Because they experienced God’s loving kindness in a desperate situation, they are inspired to come alongside those in need of inner healing and encouragement.
They have been married for 39 years and have three daughters and sons-in-law and twelve grandchildren.
Gary Groff | Prayer & Care Pastor
Renee Groff | Discipleship Pastor
Gary and Renee relocated to Lebanon County in 2015 to help launch Lifeway Church. They share a passion to encourage others and consider it a privilege to serve the Lifeway family. Gary has a true pastoral heart and loves mentoring and meeting with people of all ages. Renee spearheads the discipleship program and loves teaching others how to enjoy God and His word.
Gary is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys snowmobiling and hunting, while Renee prefers to curl up with a good book. Together they enjoy movie nights, antiquing, home renovation, and spending time with their two daughters and sons-in-law. They reside in Annville.
Steve Sabol | Community Pastor
Steve Sabol is a Community Pastor at Lifeway Church. He and his bride Nancy recently celebrated 45 years in the ministry.
They have lived in Lebanon for over 32 years. The Sabols love people and are eager to use their gifts, training and experience to impact lives for eternity. One of Steve’s favorite lines from a song are, “If I’m not dead, You’re not done; Greater things are still to come!”
They were both born and raised in Southeastern Pennsylvania and have been married for fifty-three years. Nancy and Steve have a married son and daughter, five granddaughters and six great-children. They reside in North Lebanon Township. Steve loves to cook, and Nancy is an avid reader.

Brittney Becker | Community Pastor
Kyle and Brittney grew up in Kansas but met and fell in love in San Antonio, TX. They moved to Annville in 2014 – a year into being married. Kyle has served in the Army since he was 17 years old. Brittney has worked in nonprofits and event planning since 2009. Together they share a passion for building community through being authentic and having fun!
Kyle and Brittney are in awe of how the Lord has led them to become Community Pastors. Pastoring is where they see their individual passions and spiritual gifts collide – most of all – intentionally helping people feel seen and loved by God.
