From Series: "Powered by Prayer"
There was a day when Jesus entered the temple in Jerusalem and said, "my house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations." He drove out money changers, flipped tables, and disrupted the exploitative commerce that was happening there. Our places of worship can be a house of something else. It could be about entertainment, preaching, and whatever else makes people feel good. How do we enjoy 21st century church without losing the timeless call to the secret place, to devotion to God in prayer? Join us for our next series, "Powered by Prayer," where we dive into what corporate prayer means and what it can look like in our lives. Prayer is absolutely central to us Lifeway and we hope it becomes that way in your life as well.
